🔻If you are booking on behalf of someone who does not book online using their own mobile number or doesn't have one you accept responsibility for:

Confirming their appointments at 48 hours prior, and
Ensuring they understand and adhere to all salon policies, terms, and conditions (including cancellation and no‑show policies).
By completing the booking, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

If you have booked two appointments for two individuals and cancel one of them within the cancellation window  the fees going to be added on to the second clients service.

LATE CANCELLATION (WITHIN 48)
& ACCOUNT LOCK 🔒 POLICY
🚩Canceling inside 48 hours once booked will trigger a late fee by the system that is a 50% of the service booked & client account locked🔒 from booking new appointments. Paid by 3 days to rebook for a future appointment.
