18 and over book individually with your own name & mobile number with text messaging to receive the confirmation with your online client link.
◾CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS
You will receive a text with green check ✅, new appointment details & your online client link .
◾SAVE CONFIRMATION TEXT
Save the confirmation text until your appointment is received with your client link to cancel, that is the the only way the salon excepts your cancellation is through the system.
◾MODIFICSTION POLICY
48 hours in advance with your link. Prior to confirming.
◾ SALON OPERATION & COMMUNICATION POLICY
•Through the booking system.
•Does not call or text.
•Confirms appointments & cancellation request through the system.
◾📌HOW TO PROPERLY CANCEL
Cancel with your online client link in the confirmation text.
🔴We do not accept cancellation requests by phone or text, are not considered valid cancellations and will be treated as a no-show/no rebook.
⛔ Attempts to avoid the fee by texting or call instead of using the booking system link are considered misuse of our scheduling policy resulting in not being rebooked.

YOU ARE BOOKING WITH NO GRACE PERIOD TO CANCEL
🔻These last-minute spots are:

•Cannot be moved or modified once booked.
