Clients are responsible to book & cancel their own appointment & add all the services needed in the appointment request before picking a time slot, confirming your appointment how you set it up.

Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation text with appointment details & an online client link to the appointment for you to use to cancel if needed and set up a new appointment prior to 48 hours. Confirmation text inquiry on the service menu.
Cancel the first appointment before making a new one for the same person/service.
