    BOOKING POLICY

    Online booking only. 

    Book & cancel independently. 

    Confirm your appointment at 48 hours.

    👍 The salon will rebook responsible clients that show up for each appointment. No show policy strictly enforced. 


    CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS

     Your appointment is not confirmed if you didn't receive a confirmation text with a ✅green check mark stating we have confirmed your new appointment. 

    Wait for confirmation before coming to the salon. 


    APPOINTMENT POLICY

    📍Arrive inside before the appointment start time provided to be taken. 


    Unfortunately the owner cannot take late clients avoiding pushing back all other appointments for the day, needing to leave on time to meet other obligations. 


    ⭐48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

    Please provide 48 hours to make changes or to cancel so the salon has the opportunity to rebook the income service slot while avoiding a late cancellation fee if you cancel in less then 48 hours.


    ❗LATE CANCELLATION FEE / LATE ARRIVAL FEE

     50% of the total services booked. Paid by cash or check left in the mail slot in 3 days to receive future appointments in the salon or to rebook online as an honor system because I don't hold cards.

    Salon 221 reserved the right not to book an appointment or perform a service. 


     NO SHOW POLICY / STRICTLY ENFORCED

    ⛔A no show clients will not be rebooked or be able to rebook online & we do not call for any payments for missed appointments. Clients will need to book in a different salon. Set Term/Condition.

    Trying to bypass our no show policy in an attempt to book missed appointments under another family member's name is not allowed and prohibited & is an negative escalation of a already negative situation.

     Such actions are considered abuse of our scheduling system resulting in a denied service. 

     👉We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our polices.


    ⚠️We no longer accept or respond to calls or text about no show appointments, attempting to argue, negotiating is considered harassment, disrespect and a violation of our professional boundaries. (Trying to rebut a decision - especially after clear communication - can cross into harassment).

     We are committed to providing respectful, excellent service and have zero tolerance for harassment, intimidation, abuse, emotional manipulation or entitlement behavior. We ask all clients to respect our decisions to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our business policies and professional & personal boundaries.

    If you have a preference, please let the salon know if you prefer a "Quite Appointment" or 

    "Talkative Appointment", so you can have either the relaxation you need or the construction you desire when coming.
