Color Service
Salon 221 offers single process color for gray hair coverage (natural shades, no vivid colors) matching your existing color using only our own salon products, the full color policy is in the online booking system. The salon does not offer corrective color work.

Join the 221 color club, $75 root retouch every 4 weeks.
Youth Cuts Age 1-10
Offering a low pressure experience for parents and kids having the shops yourself when coming, not interrupting other services, offering coloring, activity & reading books alternating services with the owner.

ABOUT ME
I'm a professional stylist & business owner that's personable, friendly and a calm, peaceful stylist. I offer a safe space for you to be your authentic self and a judgement free zone, focused on providing services.
I love fishing, gardening, crocheting scarves, cut & coloring hair and being of service to others each day fills my cup. I like studying phycology, marketing, business management & metaphysical studies, energy work or spiritual cultivation in my spare time. I would like to build my kids & men clientele further.
I live a life of gratitude. My life is to make everything beautiful and be a positive influence on others. I'm a boy mom of a special ed child who's now 20, a dog mom and a partner of 13 years. I grew up in Arlington & went to Bishop School. I have over 10 years of five star reviews, my location is low visibility & looking to book new clients. I would greatly appreciate community support and referrals.

This helps ensure you understand how Salon 221 operates and how to support my salon in attracting clients who are the right fit for my space, allowing for salon growth, efficiency and a smooth operation leading to great reviews and positive experiences for staff & clients that fit our business model having positive results when I book the right clients.
◼ BOOKING GUIDELINES
▶️ 18 & over book individually under your own name & number creating your own account. Must be 16 to book.
▶️ One appointment per person (one of each item on the menu).
▶️Book for the correct service without modifications at the appointment.
▶️ ✅ Wait for a green check mark for a confirmed appointment.
▶️ ❌ Cancel with online client link in the conformation text.
Appointment Policies
◾ SELF SERVING BOOKING POLICY
"Digital-Only Scheduling/online booking only," all appointment scheduling, changes, and reminders are handled exclusively via the online system. (Does not call or text with clients outside of an in person appointments while consulting in person). Choose a service offered & time available.

◾ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for their own appointment scheduling, following policies, maintaining the professional relationship individually with their own account.
◾ SALON RESPONSIBILITY
The salon will manually confirm appointments and cancellation requests made by the client within a short time frame and send reminders to rebook a new appointment.
◼ CONSULTATION POLICY
All consulting is provided in person for the service received that day.
◼APPOINTMENT POLICY
Arrive inside before the appointment start time to be taken avoiding a 50% fee.
◼48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide 48 hours to cancel avoiding 50% fee.
🔴NO SHOW POLICY
No show client will not be rebooked or be able to rebook online. I do not accept calls or text disputing this policy. Firm proffesional boundaries are required to keep my business open and running because I work alone without other sources of income from within my salon, to ensure I maintain a consistent schedule for my business, I will not be taking future bookings from you should you no show for the appointment.
