🔳 BOOKING POLICY AGREEMENT & TERM OF ACCEPTANCE
By booking an appointment client agrees, acknowledges and read all salon policies and operations provided on one convenient page and will be charged for the full value of the reserved time slot and all services booked at the appointment whether a modification is made while holding the income service lot and turning other clients away covering lost revenue of income opportunity & is responsible for anything incorrect bookings & service fees.
📍DOWN GRADING SERVICE AT THE APPOINTMENT: Is treated as a late cancellation; a 100% fee for all services booked is due at the appointment.
🔳CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Booking & making all changes online independently with their online client link 48 hours in advance.
🔳SALON RESPONSIBILITY
Confirming appointments & cancellation requests made by clients online.
🔳 APPOINTMENT POLICY
Arrive inside before the appointment start time to be taken, consulting in person. No same-day modification.

◾📍Payment: You will need to pay by cash or check left in the mail slot within three days to continue receiving future appointments online & in the salon as an honor system because I don't hold cards or take deposits. Card payment with fees not accepted for this transaction. Once the payment has been processed you will be able to rebook online for a future appointment.

SAME- DAY BOOKING:
➡️Clients who frequently cancel, arrive late, or are unable to participate appropriately with a scheduled appointment in the salon will be asked to book same‑day appointments only, based on availability after the first or second late cancellations that are paid in full before no longer being able to book in the salon to keep our scheduling consistent.
🔳 NO SHOW POLICY
🚫No show/no rebook or online includes all ages.
🔺walk out clients & asking to rebook is considered no show.
🔳PAYMENT & TIP POLICY
Cash, Check, Credit, Debit, Mobile Tap.
Tip cannot be included in a check.

Reserves the right not to book an appointment or provide a service.

All sales are final including goods sold.
🔳 THE RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS CLAUSE
While stylists make every effort to achieve your desired look, individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed based on hair type, texture, porosity, at home hair care & at home styling, use of products, communication during consultation or the transfer of information or when a client receives what they asked for but later changes their mind at home. If the service performed matches what was agreed upon during the consultation, changes requested afterward (including changing your mind once you are home) will be considered a new service and incur additional charges to go shorter or change to a new hair cut & styling and will not include a blow-dry without fee.
