    BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERM OF ACCEPTANCE

    🟡Salon 221 reserves the right to charge for the original time slot and the full value of all services booked online at each appointment if you did not make changes 48 hours in advance with your online client link independently while turning other clients away holding the income service slot preventing the salon from lost opportunity of income covering lost revenue. (Applies to multi serve options, late arrivals, 100% fee for late cancellations and missed appointments).


    🟡 DOWN GRADING SERVICE AT THE APPOINTMENT: Is treated as a late cancellation; a 100% fee is due.📍All changes need to be made with your online client link sent in the confirmation text 48 hours in advance to the appointment.


    🟡INCORRECT BOOKING LIABILITY
    The client assumes full financial responsibility for any mistakes made during the online reservation process.


    🟡By completing a booking you agree to the booking agreement that is confirmed in the confirmation text.
