Salon 221 is a unisex salon, the atmosphere is unpretentious, comfortable, upbeat, casual and relaxing, offering a safe space for all and compassionate services.
HIGH END BACK WASH SINKS
Elevaate your service experience!
Come enjoy our high end adjustable back wash sinks where your hair is washed from behind your head leaving space between you and the service provider while enjoying music from all genres.
These seats are upright, supportive and comfortable, while the sink adjusts to meet your seated height. Great for proper back and neck support.

Welcome young and old clients, offering compassionate services and where families come together for services or pick up and drop off when needed.
COMMITMENT TO SANITIZATION & CLIENT SAFETY
The salon was remodeled in August and is kept very clean, stylist sanitize all times necessary between clients in the proper disinfectants while providing clients with a new cape and towel for each person, while frequently cleaning chairs between clients.
Masking together any time, just ask when you arrive.
Masking together optional & Details
- I offer masked together appointments, just ask when you arrive, however I don't wear a K94 or KN95 due to having asthma and cannot breath in them.
- During your appointment I wear my own mask that is a PFE 98% 3 layered medical mask and I have remained COVID free for 6 years now and had masked daily for 3 1/2 years with clients prior to taking it off.
- Please stay home if your sick and follow the cancellation policies.
GENDER neutral scarves for sale made by the owner
The owner is also a crochet artist who sells her handmade goods in the salon.

Salon policies
consultation
A consult is provided in person for the service being purchased & received that day staying in the time slot provided. Each service will have it's own consult the day it's received .
color consult & policy
A color consult is provided with a color service.
The salon does not apply at home hair color.
We do not give out color formulas or at home hair coloring advice with hair cuts because it is a conflict of interest and a changeable service offered in the salon.
appointment policy
Please arrive inside before the start time provided if you didn't make any changes 48 hours in advance.
arriving on time
Unfortunately the owner does not squeeze in late clients pushing back multiple appointment throughout the day needing to leave on time, avoiding awkward appointments and rushed services that will affect client retention and customer service and work performed.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make changes prior to 48 hours avoiding late cancellation fee, paid prior to rescheduling.
Booking In Less Than 48 Hours
If you book an appointment in less than 48 hours you will not receive a message at 48 hours to confirm and will be expected to arrive inside on time and not cancel avoiding fee.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients that do not show for an appointment will not be provided future appointments in the salon.
48 HOUR LATE CANCELLATION FEE/LATE ARRIVAL FEE POLICY
Fee Is 50% of the total services booked for holding the income service slot while turning clients away or arriving late and service can't be performed before the next appointment begins.
Paid by check or cash left in the mail slot within 3 days of the missed appointment & prior to rescheduling for a new appointment online.
This is an honor system because the salon does not hold cards or take deposits up front to continue receiving appointments in the salon.
