🔳 BOOKING AGREEMENT
Charged for all muli services/full time slot.📍DOWN GRADING SERVICE AT THE APPOINTMENT: Is treated as a late cancellation; a 100% fee for all services booked is due at the appointment.
🔳 MY ONE-TO-ONE CLIENT POLICY
To provide you with the highest quality of care and undivided attention, our salon operates strictly on a 1:1 personal engagement basis.
- Exclusive Time: Your appointment is reserved entirely for you. We do not double-book or overlap clients.
- If you receive color, your hair does not over process past the manufacturing time with an individual premium appointment. (I use skin safe color stain protection).
🔳 APPOINTMENT POLICY
▪️Self service online booking only.
▪️Arrive inside before the appointment start time to be taken, consulting in person.
▪️ No modifications at the appointment.
▪️ Frequent late or cancellation clients will be asked to book same day only.
🔳 48 HOUR CANCELLATION & SERVICE CHANGES POLICY
