Salon Policies


online booking policy


  • Book, your own appointment. Please don't come to the appointment until it's been confirmed by text or leave an email to send you a confirmation & link.


  • Confirm at 48 hours & agree to arrive inside before the start time provided. 


  • If you book in less then 48 hours you will be expected to arrive and not cancel following the 48 hour cancellation policy,


  • Cancel  your own appointment with the client link sent through texting or leave an email. are provided with a hair service for only the service being received that day.

  • Consultations are provided with a hair service for only the service being received that day.


appointment policy

Please arrive inside before the start time provided if you didn't make any changes 48 hours in advance.


48 hour cancellation policy

  • Please make changes to your online appointment independently with the confirmation client link provided prior to 48 hours to avoid the late cancellation fee paid in 3 days & prior to setting up a new appointment online.


48 hour late cancellation fee/Late Arrival Fee policy

  •  Is 50% of the total services booked, paid prior to rescheduling for a new appointment by check or cash left in the mail slot within 3 days. 


  • Fee applies For holding the income service slot while turning clients away if you cancel in less then 48 hours or arriving late and service cant be performed before the next appointment begins. 


  • This is an honor system to continue receiving future appointments because we don't hold card numbers or take deposits. 


  • I don't  allow you to include it in another appointment  sale because a client could potentially not come again or be late for another appointment. Card not accepted for this transaction.


  • The salon will not confirm a new service reservation until a fee has been paid and processed within the 3 day. 


  • The salon will not allow patrons to book for future services in this salon if a fee is not paid in 3 days.


no show policy

Clients that do not show for an appointment will not be provided another appointment.

Salon 221 reserves the right to not perform a service or book an appointment.


MOBILITY SAFETY concern policy

Clients need to safely move around without falling  or accidental injury do to no fault of our own to be in the salon and or receive services, or other wise bring a care provider to walk you around from sink to chair & to the car and not leave while your receiving services. If this need cannot be met, patrons will need to seek safe services elsewhere. Salon service providers cannot provide mobility care services to clients for liability reasons.


Sales policy

  • All hair service sales are final, including goods sold.


  •  FOIL & TONER PAYMENT POLICY 

              As Of 6/1/25 the salon is only accepting cash  for foils or foil & toner services .


Online Appointment booking details

   3 Days/72 hours Policy To Notify & Return Once

  • Adjustments are adding more of what you already had done such as texture or layers onto dry hair. 


  • Cutting shorter with a wash, consult and  to make a full change  is not considered an adjustment and is a new wash cut & blow dry service and full time slot. 


  • All other services are a new service fee if you change your mind on what was asked for and received and was satisfied with when you left.
