The salon has a 48 hour Appointment cancellation Policy
Please kindly provide 48 hours prior notice of your appointment to make changes.
Once a client has solicited services and reserve a time slot, it's the client's responsibility to arrive inside before the service start time provided if you did not make any changes 8 hours in advance avoiding a the Late cancellation/ Late Arrival Fee for the reserved time slot held.
Late Cancellation Fee / Late Arrival Fee
The late cancellation/ Late Arrival is 50% of the total in services book for the solicited time slot reserved by you and not for services, needing to be paid within 30 days of the appointment and prior to rescheduling for a new appointment.
Any person that does not show up for their scheduled hair appointment without exception will not be provided a future appointment in this salon.
Salon 221 reserves the right to not perform a service or book an appointment for any reason.
Appointments cannot be extended with consults for services not being received that day .
Hair consultations appointment without the inquired service $35.
Each service received will have its own complimentary consult on the day of service, when a client has finalized what they want to have done, as some clients change their mind up until the appointment day & avoiding needing to consult multiple times and why there is a consultation fee without the service.
Please do not send pictures to the salon number to consult outside of your appointment.
At home hair services are not proved.
Hair color formulations are not given out .
This salon does not apply at home hair color or henna .
Color processing time will not be more than than our professional color manufacturer directions, regardless of how long clients leave their own color on at home.
Clients may not leave the salon with color on their hair.

- Not legally permitted to perform a service on someone with head lice or eggs
- Will not provide highlights on visibly damaged hair or onto fine hair that cannot safely lift to a lightest blond.
Visitors need to be able to safely move around independently without do hardship or accidental injury to not fault of our own. For liability reasons a stylist cannot provide caregiver services and physical supports to clients.
Visitors not being worked on will need to wait in the designated stationary reception seats provided and not in a styling chair if your not being worked on. Children will need to also remain seated in the reception area while a parent is being worked on.
Children can come with a parent who is receiving a hair service for no more than 30 minutes for cut only or 50 minutes for cut & blow dry and if they can sit in the reception area independently without needing constant redirection by a parent that will interfere with stylist time slot before the next client.
If a visitor has any instances where they seem unsteady and need support to help them while in the salon with the nature of our services moving chair to chair, the client will then be asked to manage this concern by being asked to bring a caregiver, friend or companion inside the salon to stay with them and walk them around chair to chair until you leave.This will need to be provided for all future appointments to continue receiving a service in the salon, ensuring that you can safely navigate during your appointment with help from a companion without do hardship. If the visitor cannot meet this standard of care by having someone walk them around inside the salon the client will need to then seek out service elsewhere best suited for them. This salon does not provide at home hair care.
All sales are final including good sold.
Haircut Adjustment
You will need to notify and return to the salon for a haircut adjustment within 72 hours/3 days to honor the same service.Adjustments are adding more of what you already had in the previous cut.
If you want shorter hair than you were satisfied with when you left or want add layers you did not have you will need to pay for a new service for a new Wash & hair cut and will not include blow dry.
A client may not use equipment or blow dry their own hair because it's a chargeable service provided by the salon.
Pictures of our salon retail products are prohibited.
