Appointment Policy
Once the appointment is booked it is the clients responsibility to arrive inside before the start provided if you did not call prior to 24 hours of the appoiuntment to make any changes.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24-hour prior notice of your appointment to make any changes to avoid a late cancellation fee/late arrival fee.
Late Cancellation Fee / Late Arrival Fee
fee is 50% of services booked, needing to be paid within 30 days and prior to rescheduling for a new appointment.
Fee applies due to holding your income service slot
while turning other clients away. Any person that "no call/no shows of an appointment", will not be provided a future appointment in this salon.
CONSULTATION POLICY
Consults are provided with a hair service for the service being received that day and not for other services without fee.
$35 consultation without service / following the 24 hour cancellation policy.
Safety Policy
Visitors need to be able to safely move around independently without do hardship or accidental injury to not fault of our own. Visitors should wait in the reception area seated until they are being serviced.
Mobility Safety Concern Policy
If a visitor has any instances where they seem unsteady and need support to help them while in the salon with the nature of our services,
the client will then be asked to manage this concern by being asked to bring a caregiver, friend or companion inside the salon to stay with you until they leave for all future
appointments to continue receiving services in the salon,
ensuring that you can safely navigate during your appointment with help from a companion without do hardship. If the visitor cannot meet this standard of care needed the client will need to then seek out a service elsewhere best suited for them.
Service Disclaimer
Salon 221 reserves the right to not perform a service or book an appointment for any reason.
Sales Policy
All sales are final including goods sold. If you need a hair adjustment, you will need to notify the salon and return with in 3 days /73 hours notice to honor the same service fee.
If you Request to cut your hair shorter then received or change a hair color or add more foils then what you were satisfied with when you left you will need to pay for a new service appointment.
Pricing Policy
Prices that state "starting at" is a starting price.
Retail Policy
Taking pictures of salon retail is prohibited.
Equipment Policy
Clients may not blow dry their own hair.
