Policies 2026


SERVICE INTERRUPTION POLICY / payments

Services are booked for a specific duration that are income service slots. If a client requests to modify an appointment when receiving services or arrives late requesting to reduce services, they will still be charged for the full value of all the services booked online and holding the full time slot  to cover lost revenue and time slots held/loss of opportunity preventing the salon from booking other clients. 

CONSULTATION POLICY

Consulting in person for the service received that day.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Arrive inside before the appointment start time provided to be taken. Clients will be charged for the full services booked & time slots held while turning other clients away.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Provide 48 hours to make any changes avoiding fee paid prior to rescheduling online.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE / LATE ARRIVAL FEE

 50% of the total services booked, paid by cash or check left in the mail slot within 3 days to continue receiving services in this salon, as this is an honor system because I don't hold cards. A client's  online profile would be restricted until a fee is paid by the set terms & conditions.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients that don't show for an appointment will not be rebooked. 

FORFEITURE of future bookings

Clients that continue to: 

  • Not book and cancel independently or correctly, 


  • Continue to arrive late, 


  • Don't leave enough time to receive service forcing a rushed appointment,


  • Cannot pay same day, 


  • Create an awkward appointment, 


  • Cause conflict about being turned away for being late,


  • Choose not to pay fees, 


  • No show,


Will not be rebooked protecting business interests and maintain fair environment for both staff and reliable clients.


 A client's online profile will be restricted from booking should a stylist chooses not to do business with a client. See Service Disclaimer.

Salon 221 reserved the right not to book an appointment or perform a service. 

SALES POLICY

ALL sales are final including goods sold.
