Booking Info

  • Appointments are confirmed the way you set it up the first time directly scheduled to the calendar. Clients should not make an appointment that needs changes.


  •  Save the confirmation text with the client link to the online appointment. 


  • Choose each service needed reserving the time slot for each to be received before the next appointment. 


  • Use description from available services offered. If its not on the menu, it's unavailable.


MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT

  • Cancel  with the client link sent in the confirmation text prior to 48 hours following the 48 hour cancellation policy. 


BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE

  • Please add your kids name for each appointment made.


  • Individual appointments are required for the same service, you cannot choose the same service under one adults name.


CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING IN LESS THEN 48 HOURS

Your new appointment will not be confirmed if you cancel in less then 48 hours for any reason and try to reschedule a new appointment and a fee is required prior to rescheduling in 3 days to continue receiving future appointments in the salon by booking online. These details will be provided in your  confirmation message confirming the cancellation. 


The booking system will:

  1. confirm appointments &  cancellations made by the client.
  2. Send requests to confirm at 48 hours, and reminders to reschedule.
