A consult is provided with your appointment for the service being purchased & received that day.
A color consult is provided with a color service.
The salon does not apply at home hair color.
We do not give out color formulas or at home hair coloring advice with hair cuts because it is a conflict of interest and a changeable service offered in the salon.
Please arrive inside before the start time provided if you didn't make any changes 48 hours in advance.
Unfortunately the owner does not squeeze in late clients pushing back multiple appointment throughout the day needing to leave on time, avoiding awkward appointments and rushed services that will affect client retention and customer service and work performed.
Please make changes prior to 48 hours avoiding late cancellation fee, paid prior to rescheduling.
Booking In Less Than 48 Hours
If you book an appointment in less than 48 hours you will not receive a message at 48 hours to confirm and will be expected to arrive inside on time and not cancel avoiding fee.
Clients that do not show for an appointment will not be provided future appointments in the salon.
Fee Is 50% of the total services booked for holding the income service slot while turning clients away or arriving late and service can't be performed before the next appointment begins.
Paid by check or cash left in the mail slot within 3 days of the missed appointment & prior to rescheduling for a new appointment online.
This is an honor system because the salon does not hold cards or take deposits up front to continue receiving appointments in the salon.
Salon 221 reserves the right to not perform a service or book an appointment.
